144 Employees and former employees of Schaeffler's Schweinfurt, Kitzingen, Eltmann and Suhl sites honoured

96 Jubilees attended celebration on site

At a festive anniversary event in Schweinfurt, Schaeffler honoured its long-standing employees for their loyalty and commitment. Georg F. W. Schaeffler, family shareholder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG, together with Sascha Zaps, Member of the Management Board of the Bearings, Industrial Solutions division, took the opportunity to personally express his appreciation for the 144-year-olds, of whom 96 was present. You can look back on 25, 40 or 50-year service.

Georg F. W. Schaeffler emphasized the special importance of the close connection between the company and its employees. Schaeffler and underlined: "My mother and I have the greatest respect for your performance and thank you for your loyalty and commitment. With your work ethic, you have personally contributed to the history of the Schaeffler Group."

At the anniversary celebration, Schaeffler honoured its employees at the Schweinfurt, Kitzingen, Eltmann and Suhl sites. In the past year, 144 employees achieved significant milestones in their employment: 114 celebrated 25-years, 29-the 40th anniversary and one employee, Mr. Wolfgang Raffeck, the 50th anniversary. This received special recognition. In addition to the 96-jubilees, who were on site, other guests of honour, including the Lord Mayor of Schweinfurt Sebastian Remelé, visited the celebration.
